Focused on helping clients return to work, our senior career counselors teach clients to learn and incorporate the best stress, anxiety and pain management techniques, with the goal being their successful job market reintegration.

Targeting foundational issues

Our seasoned career counselors provide deep knowledge both with evaluations and interventions. They target the foundational issues at play of each client and address the factors of chronicity holding them back from reintegrating the job market. All of our services (decision-making coaching, return-to-work coaching, career changing and job search assistance) ensure:

Accurate evaluation of their employability profile including personal and professional resources psychological functioning, environmental conditions and biopsychosocial factors;
Activation of their intrinsic and extrinsic motivations;
Decrease in the negative impacts of their chronicity factors (catastrophic thinking, feelings of injustice, irrational beliefs and multiple fears);
Better management of their stress, negative emotions, fatigue, anxiety and adaptation;
Recommendations adapted to the reality of the labor market:
- up-to-date knowledge of trades, careers and jobs
- current requirements of employers on the labor market
- environments and working conditions that may be suitable for the client
Proposal of suitable job choices adapted to the client's overall condition;
